With its roots in the information technology training industry going back 25 years, Learn on Demand Systems enables companies to develop, manage, and deliver effective hands-on training, assessments, and skills validation.

The combination of Pearson VUE technology and scored labs from Learn on Demand Systems allows test sponsors to more effectively assess a candidate’s hands-on skills within the performance-based testing environment giving testing candidates the ability to “show what they know” instead of relying solely on traditional knowledge-based exams.
To support the wide range of certification program needs, test sponsors can create skills-based lab-only exams or blended exams that combine scored labs with traditional questions using all of the test design features and flexibility that the Pearson VUE platform and delivery modes provides.
