NEW DELHI, INDIA, May 14, 2018 – Pearson VUE entered into an agreement with K. K. Modi Education Group to deliver its undergraduate entrance exams in SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) countries, the Middle East and Africa.
K. K. Modi Education Group, in a billion-dollar joint venture with Stratford University in Virginia, USA, decided to move from a multi-test selection process to a single exam with Pearson VUE. This will lead to greater candidate convenience, as candidates gain access to Pearson VUE’s network of highly secure local test centres.
Divyalok Sharma, senior director – client development at Pearson VUE, said: “This is a very positive step for both K. K. Modi Education and Pearson VUE as we will be providing not only our test centre network – which means candidates can book their exams online and on demand - but also test administration services.”
Charu Modi, vice chairperson and CEO of K. K. Modi International Institute, said: “We selected Pearson VUE for this important transformation to our entrance exam because of the excellent quality of service they offer. This will mean greater access to this crucial assessment for our candidates across SAARC, the Middle East and Africa, offering everyone a fair chance of gaining a university place.”
